The catalogue entry lists:
- Complete katha narration
- Vedic mantra chanting
- Havan (fire ceremony)

It gives the duration as 2 to 3 hours and says samagri is included. Because the puja is online, ask on WhatsApp what you should keep ready at home, such as prasad and a lamp, so you can take part from your side.
Satyanarayan Puja dates: the next three months
Drik Panchang lists Satyanarayan Puja dates for the evening, so a listed day can fall on Chaturdashi, the day before Purnima. Here are its next three dates for three cities:
| Month | New Delhi | New York | London |
|---|---|---|---|
| November 2026 (Kartika Purnima) | Tue 24 November | Tue 24 November | Tue 24 November |
| December 2026 (Margashirsha Purnima) | Wed 23 December | Wed 23 December | Wed 23 December |
| January 2027 (Pausha Purnima) | Fri 22 January | Thu 21 January | Fri 22 January |
Note the January row. New York's date is a day earlier than New Delhi's and London's, because Purnima begins at 10:59 AM on 21 January in New York.
When Purnima runs, according to Drik (local time):
- November: New Delhi 11:42 PM on 23 Nov to 8:23 PM on 24 Nov. New York 1:12 PM on 23 Nov to 9:53 AM on 24 Nov.
- December: New Delhi 10:47 AM on 23 Dec to 6:57 AM on 24 Dec. New York 12:17 AM to 8:27 PM on 23 Dec.
- January: New Delhi 9:29 PM on 21 Jan to 5:46 PM on 22 Jan. New York 10:59 AM on 21 Jan to 7:16 AM on 22 Jan.
ProperPandit's calendar engine puts the start and end of Purnima for New Delhi within a minute of Drik's times in all three months.
Drik also notes that the puja can be done in the morning or the evening, and that if you do it in the morning you should check that Purnima is still running. For any other city, look up the tithi on our panchang page.
