1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using E-Puja ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Platform.
2. Description of Services
E-Puja provides a digital platform connecting devotees with spiritual services, including but not limited to: live-streamed proxy darshans at sacred temples across India, puja and ritual booking services performed by verified pandits, Vedic astrology services including birth chart (Kundli) generation, daily horoscope and tarot readings, Hindu calendar (Panchang) services, prasad procurement and delivery, and subscription-based daily Sankalp services.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. E-Puja reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed on the Platform are in the currency indicated and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets through our secure payment processors. Booking confirmations will be sent via WhatsApp and/or email to the details you provide.
5. Service Delivery
We make every effort to perform booked services on the scheduled date and time. In rare cases, services may be rescheduled due to temple closures, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer rescheduling or a full refund. Live stream quality is dependent on network conditions at the temple location. We strive for 4K quality but cannot guarantee specific video quality at all times.

7. Spiritual Disclaimer
E-Puja provides spiritual services rooted in traditional Vedic and multi-faith practices. Astrological readings, horoscopes, tarot readings, and similar services are provided for spiritual and entertainment purposes. They should not be used as substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Results and experiences may vary between individuals.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of E-Puja or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
E-Puja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt resolution by writing to grievance@epuja.in. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by e-Puja. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi; proceedings shall be in English.
12. Religious & Astrological Disclaimer
Astrological readings, kundli analysis, panchang calculations, dosha checks and tarot readings are provided for cultural, educational and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Outcomes of pujas and live darshans are matters of personal faith; e-Puja does not guarantee any specific spiritual or material result.
13. Pandit & Temple Conduct
Pandits and temple partners listed on e-Puja are independent service providers. e-Puja verifies their credentials at onboarding and monitors reviews, but does not directly employ them. We reserve the right to remove any pandit or temple from the platform for misconduct, fraudulent claims, or repeated negative feedback.
14. Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
