Agreement

By using Proper Pandit, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book paid services. Free tools (kundli, panchang, etc.) are available to all.

Service

• Live Darshans, pujas, and astrological consultations are delivered by verified pandits.
• Free tools provide informational output computed from classical Vedic methods and standard ephemeris data. They are not a substitute for professional advice.

Bookings & payments

• Prices are shown in INR and include all applicable taxes.
• Payment is via Razorpay; we never store card details.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fake personal information for kundli or matchmaking
• Harass or threaten pandits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use it for any illegal purpose

Liability

We provide spiritual services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific spiritual or material outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll show a notice when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes in courts at Delhi.
