Family Tree · a print to frame
Your family, under our stars
A great banyan under the real night sky. Each member is a glowing star on its branches, placed by generation, with their Moon sign and birth star; the birth stars glow in the sky above, and fine gold lines climb from parents to children.

How the tree is made
For each member we calculate the Moon's sidereal position (Lahiri ayanamsa) at the birth moment, in the birthplace's own time zone: the Moon sign, the birth star (nakshatra) with its pada, and, when the time is known, the ascendant. Without a time we use local noon on the birth date, and the print says so.
The tree grows from the eldest couple at its roots. Children sit higher in the crown on branches that grow from their parents, and married couples hang side by side with two small gold rings. A faint gold thread joins members whose Moon signs, or birth stars, share a ruling planet: guidance, not prediction.
