Eligible for full refund
- Cancelled by you 48+ hours before the puja: 100%
- Cancelled by Proper Pandit for any reason: 100%
- Pandit failed to show up: 100% + ₹500 service credit
- Technical failure prevented the live darshan: 100%
Partial refund
- Cancelled by you 24-48 hours before the puja: 50%
- Cancelled by you less than 24 hours before the puja: 0% (we've already prepped the pandit and the sankalp)
Processing time
Razorpay processes refunds in 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
How to request
Email support@properpandit.com with your booking number. We respond within 24 hours.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, write to support@properpandit.com explaining why. We will review with the team within 7 days.
