Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Darshan Bookings

More than 48 hours before scheduled darshan: Full refund, processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

24-48 hours before scheduled darshan: 50% refund, or free rescheduling to any available date within 30 days.

Less than 24 hours before scheduled darshan: No monetary refund, but free rescheduling to any available date within 14 days.

No-show or missed darshan: No refund or rescheduling. If you experience technical difficulties on your end, contact us within 1 hour of your scheduled time and we will work to resolve the issue.

2. Daily Sankalp Subscription

Cancellation: You may cancel your Sankalp subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive daily sankalp services until your paid period ends.

Refunds: We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription if you are unsatisfied with the service. After 7 days, partial refunds are not available for subscription services, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

3. Service Disruptions by E-Puja

If E-Puja is unable to deliver a scheduled service due to reasons within our control (e.g., seva partner unavailability, technical failures on our end), you will receive either a full refund or priority rescheduling, at your choice. Temple closures due to government orders, natural disasters, or religious observances are considered force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer free rescheduling to the nearest available date.

4. Prasad Delivery

If your prasad does not arrive within the estimated delivery window (typically 7-14 business days for domestic India, 14-28 days for international), please contact us. We will either reship the prasad at no extra cost or provide a partial refund for the prasad component of your booking.

5. Astrology and Digital Services

Kundli reports, horoscope readings, tarot readings, and other digital services are non-refundable once generated and delivered, as they involve computational resources and personalized content creation. If you believe a report contains errors due to a technical issue (not a difference in interpretive opinion), contact us within 48 hours for a free re-generation.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include your booking reference number, the email or phone number used for the booking, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
